Ekidna is a beautiful brand new purpose built childcare centre with a difference. As you walk through the centre you will be amazed at the beautiful and sophisticated architecturally designed building, the abundance of new resources, spacious rooms, floating tiled floors, and be impressed with the attention to detail that has been emphasised throughout the entire centre. Even better the centre is located minutes from the wonderful views of the sea.

Our centre is a dynamic, innovative and family owned and operated childcare centre that is committed to providing high quality care for all families and children. We are passionate and dedicated to ensuring that all children are provided with the best head start to their learning and education. We value and take pride in our centre, building strong collaborative relationships with all families and our staff.

Our programs provide children with the learning and education that each child deserves. We highly value the importance of children being offered experiences that will assist them to strive and develop to their best of their abilities. We offer a pre-school readiness program within our 3-5 years Abby classes. Please see our daily learning and transition to school tab for more details.

Ekidna is open 7am- 6pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. We are closed only on public holidays (public holidays are still charged).

We offer a nutritious menu for Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea and we also cater for allergies and cultural requirements and all our food is cooked fresh on site by our amazing centre chef. All meals are included in the daily fee.

Also included in the daily fee’s are nappies, wipes, bed linen and sunscreen. Please contact the centre of more information.

Seeing is believing! We welcome all families, so please feel free to visit our centre between 9am-12pm and 2pm-3.30pm daily, just call the centre ten minutes before you would like to pop down to insure that someone is there to assist you. No appointment required.
